What To Expect for 2023 State of Downtown

• Introduction and speech from newly appointed CEO Elliott Balch

• Speech from Mayor Jerry Dyer & Councilman Miguel Arias
• Presentation of the Al Allen Downtown Leadership Award and the Above & Beyond Community Service Award
• Interactive Loteria activity following the presentation where participants can play to win a prize in the Brewery District
