The Lowell Community Development Corporation & Downtown Fresno Foundation present the 2nd Annual Lowell Historic Home Tour!

The Lowell Neighborhood is one of Fresno’s first subdivisions, dating back to the late 1800's and features a collection of mansions, mid-sized homes, bungalow courts, and apartments. Many historically significant buildings remain intact in the neighborhood with recently completed infill and rehab projects within the district.

Each of these homes was built at the turn of the century and each have a unique architectural style that has been preserved through the love and care of their homeowners. Come learn about these historic houses; the uses and abuses they have experienced over the past 100+ years and the renovation/restoration work that have made them into the beautiful homes they are today.

With your ticket purchase you will receive:
•A guided tour of four historic homes
•Appetizers and drinks along the way
•A Lowell Neighborhood dining guide

*The addresses of the homes participating in the Home Tour will be emailed to ticket holders the day of the event, and posted on www.lowellcdc.org/events

Tickets are available for $25 for early bird special and $35 at the door.
