Join us for a “Hygge” Supper Club. Pronounced "hoo-ga," this Danish concept cannot be translated to one single word but encompasses a feeling of cozy contentment and well-being through enjoying the simple things in life. I know I could use a little of that! We are limiting the number of seats to 10 for this event. Be prepared to be cozy!

This dinner is BYOB, wine and specialty cocktails crafted and bottled by The Modernist are available for purchase at the bar.

Menu (vegetarian options available)

Amuse: Rice Pudding shooter with raspberry coulis

Salad Course: Salted cucumber salad with dill and toasted rye

Soup course: Creamed spinach soup, with cured egg yolk, and pickled cream

Smorrebrod: a traditional Scandinavian open-faced sandwich that usually consists of a piece of buttered rye bread topped with commercial or homemade cold cuts, pieces of meat or fish, cheese or spreads and garnishes. We will have a delicious selection of these sandwiches to tantalize your taste buds!

Main Course: Roasted Pork Loin- Brined Pork loin served with Roasted Pear, and orange chutney. Served on top of celery root puree, and herb salad

Dessert- Kladdkaka- “Gooey” Chocolate cake, served with orange cream
