Located in the heart of downtown Fresno, the T.W. Patterson Building has been family-owned and operated since 1994. Their tenants enjoy the benefits of First Class Service with the attention and care of their on-site Management and Maintenance teams who are readily available and eager to support. For over 20 years, it has been their pleasure, and greatest priority, to provide their tenants with excellent customer service which extends beyond what is typically practiced or expected. From simple requests to custom buildouts, they understand business owners have unique needs, and they are passionate about doing what they can to make their tenants happy.
T.W. Patterson's Mezzanine space also serves as a event/meeting space for the public's use.
