The phrase “Violin on Fire” is the perfect description for Patrick Contreras. In each note exists a world of pain, passion, and perfection. With each performance, Contreras breaks the rules of what a violin is supposed to do.
A Fresno native, Contreras learned to play violin in school and has used his talent to pave an unparalleled path, crafting an intoxicating blend of hip-hop, mariachi, rock, jazz, electronic, and classical music. A Valley favorite in his own right, Contreras has wowed audiences with his original music and show-stopping interpretations of rock royalty.
Join Contreras on Saturday, February 16 for his first solo show at Bitwise South Stadium. Seating will begin at 6:45pm with the performance taking place at 7pm. Head over at 6pm for pre-show cocktails and food. Tickets are $20 in advance, $25 at the door.
