Nationally-acclaimed bar Pacific Cocktail Haven (PCH) from SF is popping up at Modernist!

Mark your calendars!! Next Tuesday-Wednesday (6/8-6/9), our friends, SF’s friendly neighborhood cocktail bar, @pch580 are swinging through Fresno, taking over your favorite (duh) local bar! Just kidding... we know you have multiple favorites but, this two-day pop-up is happening at Modernist You haven’t been able to make it to SF? We brought SF to you!

PCH and @therealdiedrich have received numerous awards recognizing their accomplishments over the years (@tales_of_the_cocktail Best American Cocktail Bar 2020 and American Bartender of the Year 2020, respectively) and are bringing a 13-cocktail menu that features some of their most iconic original cocktails, amongst others. We can’t wait for y’all to drink your way through an entire new menu of cocktails (from PCH) that showcases a different execution of the same ideals of cocktails and cocktail creation that we believe in!
