The word “outpouring” in the scriptures means:

TO POUR OUT, LIKE A STRONG PROFUSE GUSH

The outpouring of the Holy Spirit—the pouring out of God’s Spirit to fill and indwell people—was prophesied in the Old Testament and fulfilled at Pentecost (Acts 2).  It is the “promise of the Father”.  At this conference, pray for and anticipate a mighty gush of God’s Spirit to fill the meetings Sept 15 – 18th.
