Join RYT-200 Yoga Instructor, Scott Mellon, at the Tioga Sequoia Beer Garden for Namaste at the Beer Garden!
Scott will lead you through a beer themed, hour long yoga class in the Beer Garden side room. This class will be all levels, so it is perfect for anyone new to yoga or advanced yogis!
The price of admittance will cover the class as well as a beer to drink during class. Afterwards, hang out in the beer garden, enjoy discounted beers and food! Please bring your own mat.
The cost of this class will be $20 presale or $25 day of. To sign up, pay and sign a liability waiver at the Beer Garden. Due to the popularity of the event we will now be holding two different class times. Make sure to sign up soon because there will be 18 spots per class.
Just remember: sometimes you need beer, sometimes you need yoga, and sometimes you need both!
