This event is a thank you to Chef Mathew Lee as his time at Quail State comes to an end. Chef, in collaboration with Heaven Hill Distillery, will be featuring dished he loved from his time at Quail State, fan favorites, and fun dishes that never made it to the menu. There will be 6 courses with a drink pairing for each dish.
