The Ken Burns Country Music Roadshow is a preview screening of the film Country Music followed by a Q & A with Ken Burns and Dayton Duncan. Country Music is a 16-Hour Documentary that chronicles the history of county music - from the Carter Family, Jimmy Rodgers, and Bob Wills to Hank Williams, Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, Loretta Lynn, Charley Pride, Willie Nelson, Dolly Parton, Emmylou Harris, Garth Brooks and many more. Valley PBS is proud to announce that two Valley towns, Fresno and Bakersfield, will be of a 30-city national tour with Ken Burns and Dayton Duncan for their upcoming documentary Country Music. These events mark Ken Burns' first public appearance in the Valley.
