Instructor and Lyra extraordinaire Brittany will be teaching 2 Lyra workshops back to back!

Intro to Lyra
2:30-4:30pm
(1st time - Beginner)
This workshop will introduce the basics of the aerial hoop also known as Lyra. All will learn to mount the hoop, strike some beautiful poses and have so much fun you just might forget how hard you're working out.

Dynamic Duos
5-7 pm
(Advanced Beginner- Intermediate)

Now is your opportunity to try out doubles on lyra- that's two bodies, one hoop! Bring a friend/partner or simply pair with a fellow classmate. Your coach will safely guide you through a variety of doubles skills to piece together an impressive duo act with another aerialist.
