Ten years ago, The ProspHER Women of Color Symposium to engage, educate and empower diverse and multicultural women leaders while facilitating their continued growth and success was developed. The Symposium attracts diverse leaders from large corporations to medium and small businesses throughout the Central Valley.
To date the Symposium has engaged over 1000 women in the Central Valley. Our theme this year is & Celebrating the Women Who Tell Our Stories & We take a look back over the years and look forward to what is possible to encourage women to & examine how the “total you” contributes to your success!

We have a full day of special things planned. There will be a Fashion Show that will feature by decade from 1920-2023, Black Hairstyle History. We love the opportunity to get a little history when we can. We will look back at some of the highlights of our first Symposium to remind us how far we have come, and we will honor some of the local women who have helped to tell our stories along the way.
