The Mariposa Music Series will feature Fresno-based band Cloudship on August 10th from 7:00-10:00pm. The two-man rock band uses multi-tasking and unique equipment to generate more sound than you'd think 2 guys could. Cloudship's music has been described as a "lively humdinger of indie pop, organic blues, folk, rock, and soul". The concert series, hosted by Downtown Fresno Partnership and New Rock 104.1 will be at Mariposa Plaza on Fulton St. and Mariposa St. on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month from June through August. The event will feature a beer garden, kids play area, and is FREE and open to the public.
