Every other Sunday, FCPL Central brings you new and exciting local music!

Performances start at 2pm in the Saroyan Gallery at the Fresno Central Branch Library.

The glorious season finale of Live from the Saroyan Gallery is upon us and we are humbled and blessed to feature true Fresno originals Fatty Cakes and the Puff Pastries!  Engaging, revelrous, iconoclastic...the Puffs are a band that truly defies classification, yet evokes a bottomless well of splendiferous descriptors. Champions of LGBTQ Pride, body positivity, diversity and inclusivity, their importance to Fresno art and music is significant, and it only somewhat belies the fun and pure joy elicited from every performance. Though they have been making waves further afield (for instance,  at festivals like the John Waters hosted Mosswood Meltdown), the Puffs' roots are firmly and proudly planted right here in Fresno.
