Square Footage Change Requests

Property data sheets were mailed to all property owners in early August. Property owners were given the opportunity to challenge the square footage in the official PBID database. The deadline for square footage change requests has been extended to Monday, September 14, with support materials due by Monday, September 21. To request a change, call Jan Minami @ the Downtown Association office, 559.490.9966.

Draft PBID Management Plan

After reviewing drafts for over six months, property owners finally have the opportunity to see their input reflected in a complete draft management plan. After review in September, the final management plan will be part of the property-owner petition drive to be launched on October 8. More details on the launch soon.
