Many Downtown Fresno merchants offer validated parking, either free or at a reduced cost to customers who park in specific lots and garages in the area. Be sure to look for the "parking validation" sign in participating stores, or simply ask merchants about their validation program. Validations are good in the "Spiral" Garage #7 at Inyo and Van Ness, the "underground" garage #8 (Tulare and Van Ness), Garage #4 at (Tulare and Fulton), and lots 2, 3 and 6 when stalls are available. Validation is not good in metered parking spaces.
