1400 Fulton Street Fresno
Presented with 88.1-KFCF through the funding of the California Arts Councilthis is the final installment in a series called Creative Connections. The idea was to bring together California artists in such a way that celebrates multiculturalism, diversity, and creativity as a method of bringing the community together.
This Grammy nominated ensemble hails from Los Angeles and invokes traditional bolero/trio with 1940s era vocal harmonies that some have likened to The Andrews Sisters. Expect traditional Mexican songs in their sets alongside songs by Roy Orbison and Death Cab for Cutie. They also play medleys of music by Patsy Cline or The Beatles.
