Intermediate MIG Welding

May 1, 2017 @ 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Fresno Ideaworks
1755 Broadway St. Fresno

By now you’ve been welding enough to create aesthetic beads 60% of the time with a 75% success rate, and you surely have more than a few questions that YouTube just doesn’t cover. Bring your questions, projects, ideas and gear (if you have your own, especially leather sleeves). You will be showered with sparks as this class focuses on real world welding, out of position, around pipe, and heavier gauges. You’ll learn standard practices and a few old dog tips and tricks to bring your confidence level and success rate to a higher level.

Jeremy, our instructor lead, has been welding for nearly 30 years, 20 of which he spent MIG welding and fabricating at a full time job. He will share with you all those things that he’s learned along the way that are not in any book, school, or online instructional video. Class includes take home welded samples, $10 materials fees, and a 30 day membership to Ideaworks.
