Calling all lovers of Christmas! Downtown Fresno Partnership is launching a Downtown Fresno Christmas Parade Community Planning Committee for 2018.
The committee will be instrumental in planning the 89th Annual Downtown Fresno Christmas Parade – including tasks like marketing, parade entry recruitment and solicitation, and logistics. There are 12-15 committee openings and members will be selected by a competitive process.
If you’re interested in applying to serve on the committee, we encourage you to attend the Information Session on January 25, 2018 at Joe’s Steakhouse (831 Van Ness Ave) from 5:30 – 6:30 pm. Here you will be able to meet with staff who can provide more information and answer questions you may have.

About the Parade
In 2018, the downtown Fresno Christmas Parade is in its 89th year and has truly become a special event that brings our community together. The Downtown Fresno Partnership looks forward to growing community involvement in the parade planning process and together, paying homage to this historic Fresno event. The 89th Annual Downtown Fresno Christmas Parade is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, December 1, 2018 – subject to change at the discretion of the committee.
